Mina's a strange character really. She's very good at organising letters and files and bossing the men round a bit but in the original Bram Stoker Dracula doesn't really do much else. She helps her friend out when she gets bitten, but most of the time just frets over her husband.

Dracula is an old bloke, They give a very good discription of him near the front of the book, He has a plan to take over the world which has taken him ages to plan, and when it starts to go wrong he flees back to his castle to start again.

Ignore the Bram Stoker Dracula film its completely wrong and nothing like the book.

The books very hard to read as it's made up of letters and diary entries from the relevant people in the book, which you later find out have been put in the correct order by Mina.
